As a Built Partner/Supplier you are to provide Built Security Australia/Built Electrical Australia with the following prior to commencement:

1. A copy of your Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) specific the work to be performed plus evidence that workers have been trained
2. Evidence to show your workers have been adequately trained to perform their job competently
3. Evidence that the workers have undertaken Construction Industry Induction Training (White Card)

As a Built Partner you must ensure;

4. JSA & SWMS are followed
5. Any reasonable instruction given by Built Security Australia/Built Electrical Australia management in the interests of health and safety is followed
6. Tools plant and equipment are in a safe operable condition and evidence is provided (if requested) of testing and tagging or servicing in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturers recommendations
7. When working at a height or in other potentially hazardous situations that appropriate equipment to complete the tasks safety, e.g. Mobile Scaffold, Safety Harness is used
8. Where hazardous substances are to be used or stored a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) shall be provided to the Coordinator. Depending on the level of risk associated with the hazardous substance specific training in the safe handling and use of the substance has be carried out
9. Any goods supplied must comply with relevant legislation, Australian Standards, Industry Codes of Practice and manufacturer’s recommendations
10. Personal protective equipment is supplied and used where necessary. This equipment will be maintained in a safe operable condition and will comply with relevant Australian Standards
11. An RCD is used for all electrical equipment. All RCDs must be tested and tagged in accordance with legislative requirements
12. When operating any plant machinery or equipment, or undertaking work that requires certificates of competency, these certificates are provided to Built Security Australia / Built Electrical Australia Management prior to commencing work
13. All accidents, incidents, near misses or hazards are reported to Built Security Australia/ Built Electrical Australia Management or Coordinator
14. All your employees undergo Site Specific Induction Training (by our client), carry ID card at all time
15. Provide when requested Plant Inspection Log Books, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Police Checks
