This website serves all the necessary forms, information and policies for working within The Built Services Group.
You can access this on any device with an internet browser.
It is recommended to use either a tablet device or laptop/computer in preference to a mobile phone for clarity and usability.
Online Forms System
Be aware that these forms will replace the standard paper forms that you may be familiar with.
The benefits of this system is it allows a much faster method of sharing important work instruction and returning data to us.
This also means you must be able to access the website whilst onsite, so you will need an “internet & data ready” Tablet/Laptop/Device.
You can fill-in the forms whilst doing the job, and if you need to stop for some reason, there is a handy “Save and Continue Later…” link at the bottom of the page at all times so you can pick-up where you left off.

After you close this page you will be able to access the online Built Connect menu system.
From the menu you will be able to select any main area as seen below which will in turn allow you to select any of our forms or information pages.
Submitting Forms / Worksheets
Once a form has been successfully filled in, you will be able to submit/send it from the very last button on the form.
Some forms contain mandatory fields to fill in so the form cannot be sent until it is correctly completed.
The questions/fields you have not filled in correctly will be shown to you if you try to prematurely submit the form before it’s completed.
The way it sends the data to us is by Email, so you must also have your own personal (accessible) email account on the device you are using and in some cases need to input the email address into the form.
Both your company and The Built Services Group will receive most of the forms when finally submitted, at the same time.
