Potentially faulty locking mechanisms. Staff member reported difficulty getting lock pins to secure in place on both bi-fold doors. No issue present at time of audit. To be monitored.

'S' and 'W' on 'Swarovski' sign has stopped working on occasion. Has also caused ceiling damage adjacent to roller door tracks - roller door catches on and scrapes gyprock, potentially due to swelling.
Safe Back of house Password requires reset. Staff unable to reset themselves. N Y Locksmith has since attended and rectified.
