  • Check there has been no power interruption for at least 16 hours prior to test
  • Carry out discharge test to ensure the luminaries remain illuminated for the required in service duration (90 or 120 minutes)
  • Re-instate power to luminaries and check that the battery charge operation indicatior functions correctly
  • Report any failures and provide costing to rectify (where applicable)

Drawer vitrine lock previously reported as loose and jamming. New replacement lock 18301 sent to store on 13/12/19 to be replaced during this audit. Store Manager was not able to advise which drawer lock needed replacing. Technician tested all locks and they appeared to be working OK, no issues found. Lock to be kept on site as spare.

Shop entry door bracket is loose as screws are threaded. Locksmith has previously attended and advised staff that they should not be closing and locking door with bolt out as it is damaging strike. Appears to still be a problem. Currently being looked into on service job.

BOH entry door is missing a grub screw after battery replacement. Correct screws to be sourced and replaced during February Platinum audit.
